Spark Coffee

Like the name suggests, Spark stimulates on many levels– It is my new find, situated half way up Dundas Street. This place has its own very unique style. It offers smooth, full bodied coffee and a selection of hot and cold drinks at a very affordable price, making sure you make it up the hill to work! They have even started offering breakfast treats; muesli, coconut toast with 3 fruit or lime marmalade– so tasty that these are also on sale by the jar! The selection of snacks is varied from mini Calzones, to a Kiwi inspired range of tasty savoury Swirls, accompanied by stunning homemade chutney. Having taken care of breakfast and lunch there is even a choice of delicacies for morning and afternoon tea– brownies, lemon slices, carrot cake to name a few!
Its walls are adorned with high quality artwork for sale so whilst activating the tastebids you can also be inspired by the Art.
You are guaranteed to leave Spark exhilarated by the simple, rustic, friendly energy of the place. A perfect stop off on the way into town!
