After more than 20 years experience in the sought after hot wax the business was born to create a relaxed yet professional atmosphere for men and woman to come and get waxed in a friendly environment. We have had extensive IPL training and use an Ellipse Microlight to offer more permanent hair reduction treatments.

Went in for an extended bikini wax. Was made to feel completely at ease. Staff are really friendly. Definitely the best wax I have had. 100% recommend.

I’ve been going to various wax places in America for a wee while, and I must say this is the best hands down wax I’ve had. The owner uses hard wax and its soooo much less painlful than the strip wax I’ve had in the US for my lady bits. I highly recommend going to Sinwaxing! There is also a TV to keep the edge off while your getting waxed. So lucky I was able to visit this spot while I was visiting Edinburgh! I’ll be back when I return to Scotland!

I would never go anywhere else in Edinburgh but here. Sam did my waxing and is now doing my IPL. The waxing here is by far the least painful I have ever had, and Sam’s friendly chat takes your mind off it even more. Her prices are reasonable, the setting is informal and unpretentious and she doesn’t try to sell you anything while you’re there. I had IPL elsewhere before at Sam’s after buying a Groupon but it didn’t really work… the results with Sam are amazing and that’s because she’s honest and has integrity and ensures that the bulb in her IPL machine are always working! Couldn’t recommend Sam enough.

This is the best wax I have found in Edinburgh. Sam is friendly and relaxed, and very experienced. She works quickly and does a really thorough wax with as little pain as possible. She also offers IPL treatment at cheaper rates than salons.
