History

Established in 2008.

After setting-​up the business in our beautiful home city, we realized that high pressure sales techniques and gimmicks were common in this industry. We just wanted to offer honest, professional advice, and fixed prices.

Our customers are great, very loyal, and mixed between the domestic, commercial, industrial, Edinburgh city, all Lothians, Fife, and even Borders.

We are proud and happy to be a small, locally-​owned, company. We have grown slowly but surely, genuinely meaning it when we say «see you next year!»

Manager

I have worked through the ranks at Refresh, starting as part-​time labour helping the main carpet cleaner. And now in charge of the management and administration and still often out on jobs, driving the van, cleaning carpets and meeting our customers.

I previously worked as a manger in a small hotel, and the job is very similar. Answering your calls, emails, organizing the diary, taking bookings, if anything goes wrong, you can blame me.
