Radiator Studio

Hum… I’m a bit disappointed with this place which I thought was so amazing…
About three weeks ago I got in touch and enquired about exchanging one of the radiators we ordered for one of a different style. We hadn’t even taken ours out of the packaging. I was pleased to immediately be told that it was no problem and that it would be ready «next week» (two weeks ago). I also ordered a towel rail to be included with the exchange.
A week after the radiators were supposed to be ready, having not heard a thing from the business, I got back in touch. I was told that they were very busy and that the order should be ready early the following week. That’s fair, but I think I should have been kept in the loop of the change.
The replacement radiator showed up at my house on Monday (delivered by their delivery guy who … I’ll put it this way, I wouldn’t have wanted to be alone in the house when he delivered it. He doesn’t do much to make the customer feel comfortable), with no towel rail. Not sure what was going on, I contacted the business again (note also that the new radiator is less expensive, albeit slightly, than the old one we returned) asking about the towel rail and two days later I have had no response.
I don’t expect that they’re trying to cheat me out of anything, but I do think that they need to work on their follow-​up customer service a bit. Communication is the key! If I only knew what was going on, I wouldn’t be bothered. Hum.
