ESPC, as far as I know, is the only free newspaper in Edinburgh that includes an up-​to-​date weekly listing of both rental and sale properties. And it’s not just in Edinburgh itself, it covers the surrounding areas too.
It’s all divided up into areas within the city, so it’s really easy to find a flat or house in the area you’re looking for, and within those areas it’s all divided up into price range.
The best thing about it, though, is that it covers all the biggest rental/​estate agencies in Edinburgh. There are too many to list on here, but you can see just by scrolling down to the bottom of their home page that they work in conjunction with the biggest 15 – 20 property agencies in Edinburgh.
I’ve used this for three years to find rental properties, and my parents have used it to buy up here too, and I have to say if you’re considering doing either of the above then this should definitely be your first port of call.
