Business Owner

I have been in the technology business for over 30 years. Firstly as an electronics engineer and then switched to software and computing about 15 years ago. I was a software engineer for several years and have also been a technical support engineer for many charities over the years.

I have also worked as a tutor, again mainly for charities, giving PC training for ECDL and SQA qualificatons and also for non certificate subjects covering introduction to computers, Microsoft Office, photo editing and many other subjects

I hold an HND in Electricl/​Electronic Engineering and an MSc in Information Technology. Also I have Advanced ECDL and Microsoft MOS qualifications.

I really enjoy helping people get the best out of their technology and strive to communicate and teach with as little jargon as possible. I am friendly and patient and treat my clients with respect and understanding.
