History
Established in 2004.
Coco Chocolate has been established since June 2004. Since then we have gone from strength to strength; starting with a small store in Bruntsfield Edinburgh, producing chocolate in Rebecca’s home kitchen marble slab to now a large offsite commercial kitchen producing Gold GTA award winning chocolate, a beautiful store in Edinburgh, Coco chocolate sold through boutique stores & Harvey Nichols around the UK and as far a field as Bahrain and Australia, an E-trading website featured in The Independent’s «50 Best E-Boutiques», listed as The Independent’s «50 Best Food Luxuries» and a Chocolate School training future chocolatiers!

Coco Chocolate is the creation of artisan chocolatier Rebecca Kerswell. Flavours passed down from the Aztecs, Mayans and the Spanish have been remastered into the elegant chocolate infusions. Captivating original recipes complete the collection menu. The finest organic chocolate and spices, fruits & peppers are the key to the simple yet surprising array of chocolates available.
Rebecca Kerswell learnt her tempering skills in France. She perfected her own chocolatiering skills, starting from her home kitchen on a one metre by two metre marble slab and creating all of her own recipes. Rebecca also trained at a post graduate level in design at University and creates all of her packaging for her chocolate brand. By combining these two skills, Rebecca produces every aspect of her chocolate.
All of the Coco Chocolate range is made by hand.
