C Aquila Fringe Venue

I was walking down the Royal Mile to catch a free show at Cab Vol when I got distracted by a bunch of guys dancing quite terribly to Kesha’s Tik Tok. It was so bad it was mesmerizing, and we watched them for 15 minutes, but we were rewarded with free tickets to an improv show.
It’s called the American House Party, and the comedians are from the University of Colorado. It was absolutely hilarious and funny to notice how the Americans and Brits (I classify myself and miscellaneous nationalities as Brits) would frequently laugh at completely different parts of the skits.
The venue itself was quite large, and nice to look at from the outside, but we ended up in a pretty standard small room for the show. Aesthetically, there was nothing to write home about, but I loved the show and the fact that they enjoyed themselves as much as we did.
