History
Established in 2014.
Having opened in Glasgow in July 2013, we decided to bring our award winning burgers to Edinburgh. We opened in Edinburgh on our Glasgow site’s 1st Birthday and haven’t looked back since!
Meet the Business Owner
Ben D.
Business Owner
Having worked in the restaurant industry since leaving school, Ben always dreamt of opening his own place. He worked predominantly in fine dining, Michelin Starred establishments such as Restaurant Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles where he was restaurant manager for 2 years. He met now business partner and Head Chef James Forrest at the Michelin starred The Peat Inn in Fife.
James and Ben opened their first Burger Meats Bun to rave reviews in July 2013 and opened in Edinburgh on their 1st birthday.
As hands on owners you will almost always find them either in their Glasgow or Edinburgh branches, cooking and serving and welcoming their guests.
