We have a range of 7 sourdoughs (most available each day), made with just flour, water and salt, as they should be. As well as our range of more traditional tin loaves we also produce fresh croissant (frequently described as ‘the best in Edinburgh’), pain au chocolat and almond croissant, plus cakes and brownies. All our products are made, from scratch (no premixes) on the premises using basic ingredients, and absolutely no added improvers, chemicals or enzymes.
