A thoroughly decent chippie with bizarre and random opening times. Portions are generous; not as generous as the Great British Takeaway, but unless you actually need to eat 28,000 calories in a single sitting that’s not going to be an issue for you.
Like the GBT, the pies and sausages are of the generic sort. The fish is decent, the burgers are edible, the chicken’s OK by and large, everything’s fresh and I’ve never been foisted off with refried chips. They also cater pretty well for kids with novelty-​type complete meals.
You could do far worse, and probably have!
