I started as an Estate Agency sales negotiator working my way up the ladder to my last role overseeing 8 branches as a Regional Manager. After 12 years of working for a large corporate Estate Agent I decided to open Deakin-​White. I took this decision to open Deakin-​White to implement all the skills I have learnt from working for a large national company but on a smaller, more locally based model with great customer service which is the heart of Deakin-​White.
