Modern interior but ordered very basic Victoria sponge given insulting small portion for expensive prices. Better place around that has been in dunmow, for years hence me retirning there. If owner needs feedback go to competition with variety of cakes and portions then you will have winner can’t comment on meals as haven’t tried.

This is a wonderful little deli along the high street in the historic market town of great Dunmow.
Here you will find a wide range of quality food and drink, ranging from specialist dietry items to quality ready prepared chilled foods, to store cupboard ingredients.
I love a visit here to stock up on quality pastas (so much better that cheap supermarket versions) and there wonderful crayfish tails in chilli sauce (a favourite in our house stirred into pasta with a handful of rocket).
Staff are fantastically helpful and so friendly and as they cook and prepare a lot of the food fantastic chefs too!
