P A Stewart Veterinary Surgeons

Was referred to p. a Stewart’s vet by my godfather Andrew Yorke for my Tom cat theo to be newteed they was very nice staff very clean and looked after my cat very good. They even called me a few days later to see how my cat theo was getting on. I will be using this bets again and I highly recommend it to everyone. This vets loves animals with a passion and very caring. It’s not just a job to them like some vets I know. been using this vet for a number of years and always found them very good. Once found myself having to use another local vet after one of my dogs was run over because Stewarts were not availible at the time of the accident. Although I appreciated the help and care the other vet gave my dog, I could’nt help feeling ripped off when they charged me nearly £100 extra for keeping my dog for the day because they had to delay some tests because of another emergency. When I questioned the extra on the bill the nurse refered me to a vet that I believe was one of the owners who basicly said when its an out of hours case we charge what we want regardless of whether the extra time spent in our care is down to us or not.
I’ve had 6 dogs treated by Stewarts over the years and given the choice I’d use stewarts every time.
