Kearsney Abbey Tea Rooms is set in the old abbey at Kearsney within the beautiful Kearsney Park and next to the lake. It’s a beautiful room with huge windows/​french doors.
This is a great place for a very reasonable breakfast, lunch, snacks and teas. It was recently taken over and the food has improved substantially, hot specials are available every day and they are open 364 days a year. I had a delicious shepherds pie and my mother had a red onion, feta and spinach quiche with lovely fresh salad. Fabulous home made cakes too, especially the carrot cake, which was very moist, rich and with lots of icing.
