So muss ein traditionell englisches Café/​Bistro/​Restaurant sein. Einbisschen derbe, mit einer großartigen Auslage (wer hier vorbei kommt ohne das er Hunger bekommt, ist nicht normal) und dem herzlichen Charme der lustigen Inhaber. Der Kaffee ist stark, die Teller sind reichlich gefüllt und es herscht die ganze Zeit ein Gewusel an den kleinen Tischen. Jeder kennt hier jeden und so kommt man schnell ins Gespräch mit den Tischnachbarn. The Horse With The Red Umbrella ist das urigste und originalste Lokal das wir in Dorchester besucht haben, mehr geht wirklich nicht!
