Formally Real Fitness, the company was bought by Rob Waller, Director of C&R Health and Fitness Ltd in April 2012. The business has already in the short space of time it’s been taken over seen vast improvements. The company is improving and expanding all the time and modifications are made based on the feedback of it’s loyal customers.

I’ve been in the industry 15 yrs now, currently in the RAF as a Physical Training Instructor, I am due to leave this year to concentrate on this business full time. I love Health and Fitness and I am passionate about the Industry. I love working with people and I thrive off helping people improve and develop. I’m excited about the prospect of this challenge and have really enjoyed meeting the people of South Yorkshire.
