I started my career in the hotel and restaurant industry and it soon became clear that being at work could be fun as well as being a way to earn a living. I have tried to keep this in mind through all of my career and up to now it seems to be working. After this start an opportunity in retail came my way and I have worked in different electrical superstore type setups and in upholstery showrooms up and down the country and now I find myself still enjoying retail at Mill Hill Corner, a family run business that offers great value and real customer service, something that is becoming a rarity in the modern fast moving world that we live in.
