Gluing & Folding of a wide range of cartons and packaging including — Nested trays, crash-​lock bases, 4 & 6 corner, straight line, window patching, double wall, envelopes, CD & DVD covers, fluted/​corrugated, wallets, integral fitments, PVC, poly coated, tapered cartons, collarettes, tubular cartons and litho laminated.

We specialise in the more complex cartons that no one else can glue or have tradtionally been hand finished. We are able to run trials in our Technical Development Facility.

Meet the Business Owner

David W.

Business Owner

Born and bred in Harborne, Birmingham, David left school to begin a career in catering, becmoning a head chef within three years. A desire to open his own restaurant saw David make the decision to go into the building industry as a scaffolder in order to earn enough money to save for the day he could establish his own restaurant.

Three years later he found himself in Nottingham, working for a carton company, assisting on a die-​cutter. Having worked his way up — some 14 years later — to Production Director, he had an idea of starting own business, specialising in carton gluing and in 2003 fc cartons was formed.

The business has enjoyed steady growth since its inception and David says he still enjoys the challenge of the day to day aspects of running the business. He still dreams of owning that restaurant too.
