Too pricey.
Gym is depressing.
Was paying £180 per month for family of 2 adults and 2 children. Very over rated.
Glad I left and joined Virgin Active again.

David Lloyds Leisure Centre is located on Pride Park, Derby.
This Leisure Centre is the best gym/​Leisure centre i have ever been to! The facilities are top class and have pretty much everything you could think of.
The staff are very polite and helpul and if you need anything they will help you as best as they can. The gym itself is very big and has plenty of options and same equipment so if one is busy there is always another.
It has a pool and around 10 tennis courts so you can always book up a court no problem. The quality of the courts are superb and you have 3 different playing surfaces; Astroturf, carpet or hard.
The only downside is the cost however if you barter with them you may get it slightly cheaper than advertised.

This is a large, exclusive members leisure club with a focus on tennis with indoor and outdoor courts but also a large and well run gym with aerobics studio.
Its fairly expensive but you definately get what you pay for, with use off all facilities, lovely clean changing area, indoor and outdoor pools with sauna, steam and jacuzzi.
You can do so much here, the restaurant is good for snacks and lunch and they often have themed party nights for members.
