We are also able to offer Food Safety and Health and Safety as online or E-​Leaning courses.

We deliver practical and highly interactive first aid qualifications at levels 2 and 3. These are Ofqual regulated qualifications that appear on the QCF and are suitable for all environments where a first aid trained person is required by law.

History

Established in 2011.

After working together for 10 years in other training companies, Tom Scollen and Gail Devlin decided that it was time to set up a more ethical training company that focuses more on what the customer needs, rather than what training companies want to sell.

We aim to help you train your staff in a cost effective way whilst still providing you with a training course that is tailored to your needs. We will give you an honest appraisal of your training needs and where necessary refer you to one of our highly skilled and trusted associates.

Tom and Gail have both individually and in collaboration successfully completed projects with numerous local authorities, large manufacturing companies and large hotel and restaurant chains. Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Tom Scollen is a co-​director of T&G training and the lead trainer for the business.

He has worked in both military and civilian training for over 25 years and loves working with people to help them to achieve their goals.

Tom is highly experienced in delivery of teacher training, food safety and first aid but also enjoys coaching and mentoring colleagues in their training delivery, he is happy to work in collaboration with trainers from other companies.

Out of hours Tom is a keen motorcyclist but most of the bikes he rides are older than him!
