Revive in 5 delivers massage to you, specialising in workplace massage, event massage and home bookings. Massages are from 5 – 30 minutes starting at £5, minimum booking time is 30 minutes.

Established in 2011.

Bec Baran established Revive in 5 as a mobile service because she believes that massage can positively impact both body and mind to enhance health and vitality and some times we are too busy to get ourselves to where the massage is. So she delivers the massage to you.

Bec owns and runs Revive in 5.

Bec Baran has a background in community Social Work, choosing now to focus on healing through massage. Bec therefore knows how busy and stressful life and work is and the importance of taking the time to look after your own health. She believes that massage can positively impact both body and mind to enhance health and vitality.

Bec is fully qualified through Gateway Workshops, with a qualification of a Diploma in Seated Acupressure Chair Massage. The Diploma is accredited by the The Complementary Therapists Association (CThA), The Guild of Holistic Therapists, and the British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology (BABTC).

Bec is a member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists and carries both professional and business liability insurance.
