oe of the best branches of this chain as the staff seemed more dedicated to the animals, and you tend to see the same staff working there for longer than at other branches. The new fish section is brilliant to go and see even if you arent buying anything as they have some more unusual fish, and are obvioulsy cared for well.
The health section behind the locked cupboard is excellent as it is high quality brand, but at lower prices than you’d pay at the verts. It also means you can buy necessary health care bits with your normal pet food shop.
The small mammals section is always well stocked and staff are on hand to answer any question you may have about the upkeep of them as pets.

lots of range for a huge amount of animals, biggest selection of products is aimed for cats and dogs, but it doesnt just focus on products it also sells some rodents like hamsters and fishes. the prices are decent enough and proably cost more from a local pet shop. the range of toys for my dog is very good, and also allows me to take in my own dog. food they sell is of good quality and is very fairly priced. Staff are very knowledgeable about most animals, and they have recently stocked a health care section which is important in any pet owners life. definatley recommend, also signing up to pets at home gives you free vouchers every now and again

Wide range of food, toys, health care items and practical advice from knowledgable staff. The fish area has just had a refurb and is brilliant now with obvioulsy dedicated fishkeepers looking after the fish. The tanks are all clean, and i’ve never seen a dead specimem which makes a nice change.
The dog section is good because they sell small taster packs of food so you can see how your dog copes with a change, and if they’d like it.
The toys section for all animals is good, and they now have a health care section selling items which previoulsy could only be bought from vets, but can now be bought with the rest of your pet care items. I enjoy visiting the shop, and i i know my dog does!

Has a wide ride of furry and fish friends. It sells everything you could think of for you pets whether its a heater for you fish tank or a bag of food for the chinchilla. Staff are very friendly and are willing to help.
