Skyone Parking, meet and greet

DO NOT USE. EVER. Really, really bad service. Impossible to complain as the creep who answers their phones changes his name on a daily basis. They have changed directors at companies house every other month, probably to avoid action from unhappy customers. My wheels were kerbed and my stereo face was stolen

Do not use. Very unprofessinal. We were quite late for our flight, called ahead when we were 20 mins out (as requested) and told them that we were quite late. When we got to the airport we still had to wait 15 mins for the driver to turn up (when called, we were told ‘traffic). The operator does not speak English very well.
The driver finally turned up and inspected the car, and marked anys scratches on a sheet of paper. We did not get a copy of this. The ‘uniform’ consisted of a grimy jumper.
On our return, we again called 20 mins ahead however, we had to wait more like 40 mins for the car to turn up. The whole reason of valet parking is that there is no hassle we would have been quicker in long term parking. The car had 17 miles on the clock, which seemed to be rather a lot.
Overall, not a pleasant experience, the whole company came across as very unprofessional, and did not take the hassle of car parking out of the journey at all. I would not use them again (especially when there were other valet services that had the car waiting for someone to return, and where the drivers seemed to be well dressed and polite). Yes, their price is very competitive, and I supose you get what you pay for.

I am not even willing to give skyone parking a star! I have very BAD experience with this company. When they returned my Mercedes after a 5 days trip, it was covered with dusts! This is still not that worst.. I immediately realised a 15 cm x 8 cm scratches at my left front bumper. I immediately report to the driver and took the pictures. He asked me to email their company in 7 days and they will resolve the problem. They then asked me which side of my bumper has scratches in their first email. I answered them. Then they forward their Damage report” which showed 3 scratches on my car, two at the both side of front bumper and one at the back! I was astonishing when i saw the report. Because it was only ONE scratch was marked when i signed the report. I am working in legal field for many years therefore i am always very caution when i asked to sign any papers. The most ridiculous thing is the report showed a mark at the right back where it is doesn’t exist at all! I demanded them to explain this but they just repeat ignored my question and just reminded me that I had signed the report!
Not only this, their driver also very unprofessional. My car speaker volume as been adjusted to extremely loud and the 10% fuel I left for my car has empty when i got back my car. I forgot to mark down the mileage but I noticed they have reset my mileage to 0. I also noticed my car has been drive by 4 drivers according the remark on the «damage report». My car just left 5 days with them but i found that whenever i swift on my aircon, there was very unpleasant smell came out. The smell still comes out although i got my car back over 6 weeks now. I really couldn’t imagine what they did to my car and where did they parked it.
I advice everyone do not use Meet and Greet service not only Skyone parking. Because even you avoided this company but they may just simply register their company under a difference name and continue to run their business. Park your car at the airport car park is safer. I wish whoever see this review please pass the message to everyone you know. I don’t wish to see any people will have chance to have this bad experience my mine.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used their meet and greet in October 2010. All seemed ok and we started to drive home. Firsltly, the mileage showed over 47 miles return to wherever they park, secondly, the tax disk fell off the windscreen. When we checked, the tax disks had been removed and put back incorrectly, so that it could not stick to the windscreen. I reported it to Crawley police, to cover myself, in case the car had been illegally used.
I emailed skyone parking. What a joke ! they supposedly asked the driver who said «It just fell off.» DOH ! Then they admitted that the mileage could not be more than 24 MILES, except for an emergency, since the mileage was 47, I’ve asked them to let me know what the emergency was.
What’s annoying is the stupidity of their answers.
I DON’T KNOW WHY THE TAX DISKS WERE REMOVED OR WHAT MY CAR HAS BEEN USED FOR, AND THEY COULDN’T CARE LESS !
