I’ve been here a couple of times for work meals and have had multiple uncomfortable experiences. From being promised tables at certain times and being made to wait for hours to unapologetic waiters with mixed messages. Some of us were declined our cineworld discounts yet some were allowed. The waiters were constantly watching us and walking up to the table wanting us to leave. I understand we were a big party but it made the experience horrendous and we felt pushed out and went to another restaurant for our pudding. We even had one member of our table get food and drink spilt on him by a waiter and all they offered was a rushed apology before hurrying off.
One stars is for the food only. It would be none if the food wasn’t so delicious.

Un restaurant au rythme latino portugais, une deco ultra colorée avec des ambiances variées et une carte a base de poulet grillé à la sauce maison épicée.
Un cadre qui nous embarque dans un autre pays et nous permets d’oublier qu’on attend dans un aéroport.
Les plats sont très bon! Assez épicés même pour ceux avec la sauce sans piment car le poulet mariné déjà avant cuisson dans une sauce spéciale. Mais cela n’arrache pas non plus. Ensuite toutes les sauces avec différents degré d’épices sont à portée pour en rajouter.
Pour la pratique vous vous asseyez a table et allez commander au comptoir, payez et ensuite on vous apporte tout quand c’est prêt.

This restaurant is a part of the international chain of restaurants. It is located close to the entertainment area of Crawley, where you can also find a movie theater and some other restaurants. I went there on sunny Tuesday evening and the restaurant was very busy. when I asked for the table I was told that I would need to wait around 10 minutes. but if I wanted to sit outside then I didnt need to wait… The chicken breast I ordered were nice and juicy with a right amount of sauce. Side of fries could haven been left a bit longer in the deep fryer. The service was nice and friendly.

Would love to eat in there but dont cater for halal meat so have to drive all the way to croydon, its a real annoying to have a facility so close to home but unable to use it, need to be more diverse for the people and cater for all.

I love this place, as I come from Spain myself, I find some this food really similar. I love the whole grill open space type of counter where you can see how your meal is being cooked and the salad bar. The staff are friendly and the place itself is spacious. The food is reasonable priced and the location is brilliant, a big free car park with bars and a large Cinema just a few yards away. Being so close to the town, it is very easy to get to it as there are buses which stop within the proximity and also Crawley Train Station within 10 minute’s walking distance. I definitely recommend this place.

I love Nando’s, the prices are reasonable and the food is of good portion and peri peri delicious! This nandos is located in the Crawley Leisure park, nearby Cineworld and Hollywood bowl so it is a good place to grab some grub before heading for leisure activities. I come here often and I love the interior decoration and the aroma of flame grilled chicken. The place is nice and clean and food comes quickly. The staff are also friendly and efficient. It is good value for money.
