You can always tell when there is a lush store on the high street, the smell alone draws me in everytime! the product is all natural and of top quality, unfortunatley you have to pay a decent price for this level of quality. The soaps are too expencive for me to buy regular, but its great as a treat or present.

Everytime i walk out of county mall all i can smell is the stong smell of the lush products. Ive been in there once, had a look about the bath products like bath bombs, gels and the big chunks of soap they sell. Staff were on hand to help offering their service to choose but i didnt buy anything. I love the shop and the products but being in the shop and the strong smell of all the different products gave me a headache so i didnt last long in there. A happy shopping experience though once the headache wore off!

Lush in Crawley is really good. When I entered the shop, It smelt lovely! It was winter, and the shop was well heated and stocked with seasonal gifts. I was given a free newspaper, with details of the products and information which was a pleasure to read on the train home. I was asked if i needed assistance by a woman with a handful of yellow paper bags to put bath bombs inside. I poked the shower jellies and smelt the hair gels, and they were all very polite and were gracious, even though I did’nt buy anything. I will definately go when im next in the area.
