Went to Shelbourne Motors Tuesday week ago with my mum who was looking to buy a Dacia Sandero Stepway. We saw a few online at Shelbourne and decided to pay them a visit, when we got there the Sales Advisor came straight over to ask if we gad anything in mind. We told him the requirements and he asked us to come over so he could check what was available. After about 10 mins he had a range of options including all the finance details. My mum settled on a lovely ex display model which had all the extras included but without the extra money to be paid and only 12 miles on the clock! Ashley Stevenson was the Salesman and he was very friendly, polite and explained everything in detail which was really good. The car was ready for pick up 2 days later and when we went to collect he went through all the things on the car in detail, excellant service and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them if you’re thinking of buying a car

Nope. Not for me. Well, this certainly is the place that you want to go if you would like to be ignored, but when in the market for a car you generally would like some info on the cars they have in stock. Or am I asking too much? On asking for details of a particular model, I was met with, ummm… ahhh I’m not really too sure about that you would need to ask someone else(who never appeared) I think they looked at me with suspicion when I had the nerve to ask about mileage, and what the engine size was… phew it must have taxed the brains somewhat. A big showroom, and a huge selection of vehicles but the sales staff are as dumb as a post.
