Jumping Jaks in within the Skydome complex in town. There are a number of bars which are open late. Jaks is open a few nights a week and is open late.
It is next to the cinema and often there is a q to get in as it is so popular. The drinks are a little pricey for what you get. The music is very cheesey and often have peope dancingon the stage. They even used to dance on the bar!

Arr Good Ol’ Jumping Jaks! It’s cheesy pop all the way but your guaranteed a good night with much drinking and dancing. I’m in my mid-20’s and can sometimes feel too old for this place but not all the time.
Most nights they have the Jaks Team entertaining the punters (think Butlins Red Coats) and have their own DJ. It can be crowded but all round is a good place to spend the night

I’ve been to Jaks on tuesdays and saturdays.
Tuesdays, new drink prices make it amazing. Live stage shows do put me off as I love to go out and dance, which on a tuesday are all the songs you secretly love no matter what!
Saturdays the music is more up to date and feels more like a night out as there are no interruptions for stage antics.
I find it best to start my night of here but not to end it, but each to there own :)

Jumping Jaks is my favourite nightclub in Coventry, it’s located at the Skydome complex which is just outside the city centre.
Jumping Jaks is an all round club, offering different music on different nights. Being a student, my favourite night has to be ‘Misbehaviour’ on a Tuesday where you get to play fun games which leads to either the guys or girls getting free drinks, in addition having cheap drinks all night long!
The weekend’s are also great value for drinks, having live music on a Saturday and also cheesey music for all ages. It’s all around a fantastic night out!

Jumping jaks is quite a new club in the area along with some others like lava-​ignite within the skydome complex. It plays all kinds of music from old to new.
Fairly often it has themed nights or special things going on and on these days the drinks is usually quite cheap. Look out for flyers around town advertising these nights.
As it is within the skydome complex you may like to start in another club or bar and finish your night out here or alternatively you may like to start at this club then move on to others.
Due to its location in the skydome you are able to do so easily without long walks into other parts of the city centre.

Now officially named JJs, (they thought long and hard about that one!) I think the novelty of this place has well and truly wore off now. Its a bit hit and miss, sometimes it can be really busy and other times there is no point going. The drinks as like everywhere are a total rip off and if its busy you’ll be lucky to get served at the bar!
Its a good place to go for a dance, lots of cheesy music and staff dancing on stage. You can have a dance on the chairs and not get told off! If you’re on the pull then you’re likely to here!
