Established in 1990.
Alternative Estates was set up in 1990 by a husband and wife team, John and Susan Maher. After years of experience in the in the housing and financial industry the wanted to offer something different and better way for buying and selling property. They offer an honest and clear approach to selling and buying and in recent years moved into the lettings market successfully managing and letting property around Coventry and the surrounding areas dealing with good quality homes and are proud of the low arrears rate with their tenancies.
