Established in 2012.

Both my parents have spent most their lives working and helping young adults and children with special needs, due to a change in my life I decided that it was time to help people in a market that needed a change. This is how Sammy’s Toyz came about making a needed item in the education and development of children and adults with special needs. Switch adapted toys and day to day items are one of the things that help them to develop i. e motor skills, sight and hearing and doing day to day activities, but so far some of these items have been out of reach for one reason or another. My ideal is to make both switch adapted toys and switches available at affordable prices.

Business Owner

Born in Cardiff in 1982 then grew up in Devon in the small growing town in Ivybridge. At 16 I joined the Army and spent 13 years in which time I did 3 different jobs, (Radio Technichian/​Operator/​Storeman) so I never really found a job that I really enjoyed. When I was told I was to be medically discharged my mum gave me a few idea’s to do in my spare time and maybe make some money to help me, as jobs at the moment of writing this bio are very far and few between and the one’s I could get were minimum wage. Anyway I decided that having spent most my life going to school with my mum and dad helping out with special needs children and young adults, and helping out with my parents when they had children over from the Ukraine as they are involved with the Chernobyl Trust, that maybe one of mums ideas might be a good one. So I have started up Sammy’s Toyz in the hope to help children and adults with special needs get the things that can help them develop at affordable prices.
