I am Simon Greeney, I have been an accomplished sales professional with a track record of success in the estate agency and property maintenance industry over the last 25 years…

I have In-​depth knowledge of the marketplace and estate agency process both on the residential sales and lettings. I worked for Halifax Estate Agents as a Senior Manager through to Project Manager implementing projects in the network of 330 branches.

I left the Halifax in 2010 and started a reactive maintenance company for an independent lettings business in February 2010.

Saleable Property and Gardens was formed in January 2013 offering a House Doctor and Property Maintenance Service in the Cheshire area.
