David Clulow Optician

My husband went into David Clulow today to reorder some contacts before we go on holiday. He was told by a very unfriendly and unprofessional staff member NO because he is due for an eye exam. My husband tried to set something up but their schedule could not accommodate his very busy work schedule. My husband suggested that he place a small contact order so he does not run out while away and at the same time book an eye exam for our return. That was followed by another no. The worker went to speak with the manager who would not even come out and said that they said no as well. No flexibility and not a care in the world. My husband said he would be taking his business elsewhere and he was told FINE. NOT SURE HOW SUCCESSFUL THIS BUSINESS WILL BE ONCE WE SHARE THIS WITH OUR LARGE NETWORK OF FRIENDS IN THE AREA.
