The online booking process was especially great and user friendly. I had been looking for a budget rental in Manchester UK and kept getting really high prices. It was made more difficult because I was using a smart phone and mostly mobile sites which sometimes are short on details you can get on desktop sites. I tried to book an Easirent car firstly through a third party site and had difficulties. I was extremely pleased when I went directly to the Easirent mobile site and quickly, efficiently completed a good rental deal, at an even lower price too. Thanks Easirent.

I have rented from Easirent for 3 consecutive years now and I have had great service. This is all the more interesting as I am an ex-​pat living in the Pacific Northwest of the USA and made my first booking totally on spec. Prices are very competitive coupled with the excellent customer service lead by Ann and instilled in her admin and driver team.
I have total peace of mind booking the rental from 4650 miles away knowing all my expectations will be taken care of.

Since Manchester Airport have shifted all car hire rental desks to a rental village, miles from the airport, I have been using
who use a meet and greet service. I have now used them twice. walk out of arrivals and they meet you there with a board with your name on. car is outside. all done and dusted in minutes. Great friendly staff with ann, the manager.
