Cutting It

A lot of these reviews look very dubious and unsubtle (if you make reviews up, take care that at least you don’t make the same SPAG mistakes on each one– I refuse to believe so many people don’t know how to use a comma– and they don’t say EXACTLY the same thing: D)! It makes this hairdressers seem a bit dodgy which is a shame because the cut and colour I received were fine. Friendly and professional service and my hair looked nice when I left. Granted I didn’t have any major changes– just a simple-​ish cut and some highlights but I was worried about the highlights looking garish. In fact they are subtle and natural looking. So I am pleased and will return. I dealt exclusively with Anita; I did not meet the manager.

Absolutely terrible. I would urge anybody who is thinking of visiting this place to think again!
The staff are very rude and do not seem to have a clue what they are doing. I asked for a trim instead I had several inches hacked off and was left with a wonky hair cut!
I visited this place as I had bought a voucher from Groupon. It was a great saving. Unfortunately it has cost me much more than I would normally pay for a cut and colour to sort out the mess caused by the staff at cutting it.
