I used to take my toddler to this sure-​step over one and under twos group every Tuesday afternoons.
We used to grab a quick bite at the café on the premises which was handy and she got to do all the messy mucky play she loves doing.
There are usually one or two health-​visitors on that particular afternoons as well, all willing to help you in case you needed a bit of guidence on parenting.
There is a small outdoors play are with chickens and some fountains ideal in summers
One area of the two-​roomed play area has set-​ups for the messy play stuff. water, painting-​easels, rice trays, glue tables etc. whereas another section has stuff for non-​messy plays like dressing up a wooded tunnel, house and slides, books etc.
