Hmm. To be fair to them, whenever there’s been a significant problem it’s been dealt with quite quickly. When we reported rats in our yard, the pest control man was called straight away. However, I feel that this is the least you should expect from an agency that you pay fees to. They should be able to manage the smaller — but still important to the standard of living — issues too(the failing showers, the windows that don’t shut, the lack of insulation). The secretary is extremely friendly and always goes out of her way to help us whenever we have an issue with the house.
