This pub annoyed me from afar for several years when I lived in a street nearby and their brutal karaōke evenings used to carry on the wind directly into my lounge and bedroom.
It’s hard to believe that the oldest pub in Canton, a sweet-​looking former coach house, could have been turned into such a rowdy pub! It is so tiny inside that it is, as reviewer Anna T. says, almost like someone’s front room. And the karaōke evenings only reinforce this feeling. If only they’d learn to keep all the windows and doors closed, the entire community of Canton wouldn’t have to be witness to the tone-​deaf renditions of Dancing Queen by their loyal customers.
On non-​karaōke nights, this place is less noisy and quite inoffensive — although they’re only resting up for a couple of days in the lead up to their disco night…

This is a right old little place. My mate moved in up the road so we had to check it out. Its more the size of a living room really so we could say its cosy and its a really old place too!
Its really not my taste and I felt a bit out of place really, its not really big enough to hide away either. I just can’t say anything bad about it either.
