Talybont Dojo

It is hard to know how to classify the Dojo because, as is quite clear from the name, it is used by the martial arts societies as practise space. However, we also use it. For that reason I kind of want to say it’s a dance studio but there are unfortunately no mirrors. The room itself is fairly big, though not huge. We have 36 girls to a squad and we all fit in though. There are mats on the floor so it’s safer for us throwing girls around in the air. (I should say now, in case people don’t know, that I’m a cheerleader. I don’t just chuck people around.) The people at the front desk are also always really good about providing us with ice, tissues, first aid and cleaning products when we need them…
