If you or your loved ones are feeling poorly then you can actually see a doctor on the same day! Obviously you have to be registered and living in or around Radyr. There’s two systems — if you are having a bit of an unexpected event — chicken pox, an inexplicable rash, the baby won’t stop crying and throwing up — then you can call at 8am and be seen that morning. You have to take your chances with which doctor it is. Or, if you have a more organised ailment you can make an afternoon appointment for some specified date in the future.
And if you ever wondered what phlebotomy is — then now you can find out with a handy clinic just for that. There’s other clinics too — for things you’ve heard of like pregnancy or stopping that happening.

Doctors don’t just try and make you better when you are sick. This particular medical centre offers all sorts of lifestyle advice and screening services including diet, weight management, smoking, cholesterol and sexual health to improve your day to day and keep you healthier longer.
