History

Established in 1992.

We have been at our present location for approx’ 17 years. We opened here as a new venture after many years of trading in the city centre. Those heady old hippy days long ago were it all began for us. Mellow and now part of retail establishment we’ve come a long way from bells and beads… but if you look carefully in our gift emporium your’e bound to find our roots. Incense sticks .oils and candles are still part of our genre. As are buddah statues etc. There’s always a warm and friendly welcome to all our long time customers and new alike.

Richard came to work along side me 16 years ago after owning Upstairs at Kaleidoscope a brilliant vegetarian restaurant and closing a small retail venture Over the Moon. He has helped make EUPHORIA what it is today and I will be eternally grateful for his constant input, help and partnership. Rich has many strings to his bow not only has he been the second half of EUPHORIA for all these years he is also a time served florist and he still produces some of the receipes he used to make for Upstairs @ Kaleidoscpe to order. Try his famous carrot and walnut cake for your next special occasion.
