History
Established in 2005.
Richard Godfrey, Managing Director, established the company in the Spring of 2005. Progress since that time has led to it becoming the largest serviced apartment provider in the Principality of Wales, with a portfolio offering a wider range of choice than that of any similar company, or indeed, hotel.
Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, Richard selects only the most modern and strategically-placed developments to add to the company’s portfolio. New properties are acquired on a continuous basis as these are seen to be desirable for our ever-growing list of guests.
