A rabbit warren of goodies. A good selection too. It could do with an artists’ community board so residents can meet other crafters and artists, find art classes in the area etc. I have been in Canterbury for a year and don’t know anyone remotely arty. The customers seem to want to keep themselves to themselves and don’t communicate with other customers. I think a notice board would make artists etc be a lot more friendly. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, although they seem to prefer talking to themselves rather than having a chat with the customer. Some art shops have a small café and it would benefit from one, just to make it more relaxing rather than feeling on the coldish side,
