History

Established in 2013.

I live in Camberley with my husband and two daughters, and a little dog. I have a great interest in alternative therapies as I think it is a much healthier way to heal the mind and body working naturally.

I have been using self-​hypnosis for many years. Without realising that’s what I was doing to block out the pain, rather than have an anaesthesia or sedation. Since training with S.C.C.P for clinical hypnotherapy, I have been helping people overcome their phobias and problems.

Hi, I am Sara Stokes.

I am a qualified Reiki Master, and completed training with S.C.C.P for clinical hypnotherapy.

I have been working helping people for a number of years and enjoy it immensely. I have helped people overcome snoring issues, problems with smoking and phobias.

I have a lot of experience and look forward to working with you.
