Kebabish Plus Indian

I had the pleasure of working up in Scotland recently and during the nightshift there was much talk of food — kindly one of the team suggested this place and even volunteered to go and grab us a bite. When the food turned up my normal Lamb Shish which I’m used to in London had a very different look. It was a redy/​pink colour and smelt great, it reminded me very much of the Shaslick from my local curry house. The pita bread looked homemade in a tandoor and tasted fantastic served with fried onions, peppers and salad it was stacking up to be a nice meal. My colleague handed me a pot of chillisauce which had a similar appearance of the strawberry sauce you get from the back of an ice cream van, sweet with a little kick it was the perfect accompaniment to the tender lamb.
I truly enjoyed my takeaway and am already looking at the menu for tomorrow night — providing the my colleague is willing to go out again and pick up the order;-)
