This is a smallish dealership, located on a busy road and although it has some spaces, if these are full, then you will have to park on a side street. We bought a Volkeswagen Passat from here about four years ago and perhaps have not had a great deal of luck, as one thing after another has gone wrong with it. For the latest breakdown we had to accept a £650 repair bill, as we needed this car back on the road. When we picked it up and drove away, within half a mile, smoke began to pour out of the engine and my husband honestly thought it would catch fire. It limped back to the showroom and the smell of burning filled the showroom. Everyone was looking — they took the keys back off us and said they would get someone to look at it on Monday(it was Saturday). No apology — no how will you manage. They got back to us at lunchtime Monday to tell us it would cost us another £700! My husband complained and we eventually paid £500, but we never had an apology at any time and considering there was a child in the car at the time, I feel this is terrible. Needless to say, after spending £1150, we will keep the car as long as it runs, but after that we will walk away and take our business elsewhere. I accept that sometimes things go wrong, but it is how it is dealt with that matters in my opinion.
