Students are always welcome and we offer a 10% discount year round when you show your student union card.

We always try to cater to all tastes and preferences and have healthy, vegetarian and gluten free options on our menu.

Our fab milkshakes & smoothies taste great whatever the weather!

Bru Station now offers a delivery service– cater your office party or function with our platters of sandwiches, bagels and muffins.

History

Established in 2008.

Owned by two brothers, Bru Station is very much a family business started to try to bring some of the more human elements back into buying a cup of coffee. Small, medium & large are definitely words we understand here!

Our emphasis is on our northern roots, service and making people feel at home right away are our top priorities.

This coffee chain replaces a not so successful Coffee Republic and to be fair, Bury is not so overrun by Starbucks and others as many other town centres.
But to be honest Bru Station’s weak attempts to masquerade its corporate roots with some kind of quirkiness — Fancy a Brew? — is just a bit annoying.
It fulfills the task of providing chairs, both outside and in, plus coffee and the usual suspects of paninis, cakes and things for accompaniments. As far as I know there isn’t any free Wi-​Fi and this coffee shop is a long way off becoming any kind of cool hang out.
