Toy Box

Toy Box is one of those small shops tucked away that becomes an Aladins Cave once inside. It is tucked away within the confines of the town centre. Although there is no parking outside there is a drop off and pick up area very close by. Parking itself would be either in the town centre or a nearby car park. Toy Box has a wide unique range of toys and games, many of which are for fantastic for an educational play perspective rather than just the ‘toy of the moment’ (such as bratz, hannah montanna or the latest film craze which it doesnt cater for) and also sells a range of wooden toys, puzzles. The only downside to this shop is the upstairs, which is difficult to access if you have a buggy, and the entrance which is via a steep step. The staff are always friendly and helpful and will order things in for you if out of stock.

I agree with Funky Fairy It looks like a tiny shop, but it’s one of those places that has everything all very cleverly packed in. Much Much Much better than the other toy shop in the town (which is much bigger) and very friendly staff.

Toy Box is a fantastic shop.
It stocks everything from party bag fillers to knights castles.
My son likes Lego and playmobile. They always have what i am looking for.
The puzzles and games seletion on the top floor is good too.
All in all a good toy shop like they use to be.
