This pub is very large with wide screen televisions excellent for major sporting events, and is situated just outside of burton town centre with a very large car park, however since changing hands this pub is not as good as it used to be. The food had always been very pleasant although was just basic pub food, now unfortunately it all seems pre cooked and then warmed through (sometimes very badly). Last time i went the tables were all dirty and the toilets were none too clean. Put me off abit i dont think i will visit again for a while although maybe it was just a bad day!

The Bill Brewer used to be an excellent place to go out with your friends for a quiet drink or a meal. They played all the major sports events on widescreen tvs around the pubs.
There was a 2 for £10 offer on the food, too, which was always very nice.
It has now changed hands and is called the Corner House, I have not been there yet but I imagine it is much the same. The outside seating area looks very comfortable and trendy.
