Known as the Sad and Desperate in local circles, forget the outdated décor and folks that prop up the bar, this is the pub to meet up after work. Grab a pint or glass of wine on tap (I’m not in California anymore) and enjoy Burnham-​on-​Sea flavo (u)r.

i am disabled, in a wheelchair. there are no disabled toilets, doors too narrow, could not get chair into toilets. had to get out of chair, felt embarrassed, and very upset. felt like a second class citizen. very upset. what do you intend to do to improve failities?

This pub is situated on the corner of the high street in Burnham and has some picnic tables outside on the pavement for those wanting to smoke.
Inside the decoration is a bit stuffy and old fashioned for my liking with wall paper decorated with flowers everywhere. This pub has alot of kareoke nights at the weekends which seem to be popular. The drinks are quite expensive in here, probably one of the most expensive pubs in Burnham.
It also has a large function room above that came be rented out for events.
