Fit 4 All

Fit4all is by far leagues ahead of any alternative gym in the area, the cardio equipment is up to date and this gym promotes 3 rooms of both resisatnce and free weights… I have recently been to fusion out of curiosity and you could not even compare the two. its laughable… fusion being suitable for oaps and ladies who like to swim lengths. fit 4 all suitable for people who are keen to take there training seriously using the best equipment (by miles) that burnham has to offer. I find it sad that markym has to resort to using the poorest gym in the area because of a bad telephone conversation… shooting self in foot springs to mind.

Am a member of a very well equipped gym in Bristol (where my girlfriend is an instructor/​trainer) but I live in Burnham and work from home was looking for a local place to go at lunchtimes. I have used Fit4All previously around 5yrs ago. At my kids school last week they were handing out flyers for Fit4All at a reduced rate in fancy dress.
Today (Sunday 10^th April) I phoned them at 9.05 (their website doesn’t seem it’s been updated since last year). A bored and confused man with no drive or enthusiasm answered (on what seemed to be a mobile phone) the conversation went like this:
Me: Morning can you tell me if you’ve any reduced rate memberships left?
Him: Sorry?
Me The gym were handing out fliers last Wed, was it you in the tutu?
Him: Confused pause
Him: You can come along when we’re open and see if you like it
Me: Aren’t you open now?
Him: Yes
Me: Goodbye
Emailed them to say if that’s the calibre of your staff I’ll not be joining: o (

Fit 4 All is a medium sized gym on the Westmans Trading Centre just out side Burnham’s town centre. The membership fees are very reasonable; with yearly membership being the cheapest option. I pay just £45 per month for joint membership.
Fit 4 All has a cardiac room with 5 cross training machines, 5 excercise bikes, 6 treadmills, 3 step machines and 4 rowing machines. There is a weights room which is usually full of muscle men! and another room with the more well known weight machines and mats to excercise on.
This Gym also has a sauna and a room where beauty treatments and therapy treatments such as aroma therapy and head massage are done.
The staff here are friendly and although the machines at fit 4 all aren’t the most high tech in the world its all you need to keep fit.
